Hotel was newly remodelled and fully equipped, liked our stay.
Everything was very good, personnel was helpful and efficient. The room was beautifully maintained and it had a hairdryer, a shower cap and fresh towels, that's cool. Good service was provided here. In addition, parking was nearby.

Poor facilities- busy with renovations. Double room very small with too small bed for 2 adults. No airconditioning in hotel. Location is ok but I will not recommend to anybody.Staff very unfriendly.

Request an upper-floor room for quieter nights, as street noise can be noticeable at lower levels.

Good value for money. Very close to Gare du Nord, easy to go to the exhibition center. Fairly big rooms for a paris hotel.
Hotel staff was not that competent. Rooms were cold, the heating was not working.

The room was big, clean, and modern. Plus, it was centrally located with cafes and restaurants just around the corner. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the restroom was spacious. Water management was easy with the bath mat and towel. The positive feedback on the staff's service was true too!

Excellent location, spacious (for Paris) rooms.
Unfortunately the water wasn't working in the morning (so no shower, etc.) due to the fact that the pipes were damaged. This can happen, but an apologie or something would have been nice.

The hotel is very well located, close to everything, the receptionist are fantastic and speak a very good English. a nice shower (in Paris) and a comfortable bed. The safe deposit box let me very relaxed while I was walking around.
The tv is terrible... I think even 14", and far from the bed, so it's impossible to lay down and watch tv. The menu doesn't have the prices, so you ask and after see the price, or, ask in the intercom.
